How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, depending on the product. In some cases, items may ship the same day. Most products are delivered within 4-7 days, but occasionally shipping times may be longer due to unforeseen delays. If the estimated delivery time exceeds the average, it will be noted on the product page. What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. If you need to cancel, please notify us immediately at support@oceanboundoutfitters.com. Once the order has shipped, it will fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice damage to the package or item, note it when signing for delivery. If you cannot inspect the item immediately but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your product is damaged, email photos to support@oceanboundoutfitters.com, and we will process a replacement or compensation promptly.
How do I place an order?
To place an order online:

- Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and billing information, and complete your purchase.

How do I know when my order will ship?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming your payment and shipping details. When your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you within one business day via email or phone.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order?
Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. We recommend saving or printing this confirmation for your records. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to avoid any communication issues.
Do you charge sales tax?
Ocean Bound Outfitters is based in New York, so sales tax is only charged for orders shipping within New York. Shopping with us can save you hundreds compared to other retailers.
Can I change my order?
