What if my product is damaged?

Upon delivery, we recommend carefully inspecting the packaging of your item(s). If you notice any signs of damage, including damage to the box, please document it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to open the package during delivery but suspect possible damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.

Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and email them to support@oceanboundoutfitters.com. We’ll process a replacement or refund promptly, typically within one business day, to ensure your satisfaction.
