Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Mon-Fri). Please note that our cut-off time for same-day processing is 4:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Range
We currently only ship exclusively within the United States.

Shipping Timeline & Costs:

  • Transit Time: Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Mon-Fri) once processed.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 9 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $500.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A $15 fee applies to orders $500 and under.

Shipping Couriers

We partner with DHL and FedEx for reliable and secure delivery.

Freight Shipping Details:
Many of our items are shipped via third-party freight carriers (18-wheeler trucks). If your order includes freight-shipped items, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery time. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a valid phone number at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Payment:
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying that we’ve received your order and your payment has been authorized. Your card will not be charged until your order ships, except for backordered items where payment may be required to secure your item.

Tracking Your Order
Shipping Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order tracking details.

Missing Items Procedure
Report Missing Items: If something is missing from your package, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oceanboundoutfitters.com.

Resolution: We will promptly investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund based on the findings.
