At Ocean Bound Outfitters, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we’ve made our return and refund process straightforward and hassle-free.
1. Return Time Frame
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
2. Shipping Costs
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or broken product, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll arrange for the item to be returned at no cost to you. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.
- Transit Damage – Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Claims filed against the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return the item within 30 days, but it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You’ll need to cover the shipping cost for the return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the purchase price minus any shipping fees.
How can I return products?
We only accept products to be returned by mail.
Do you supply a return label?
Return labels are only provided for damaged and defective products. Please contact us by email at support@oceanboundoutfitters.com for more information.
6. Refunds
After we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we’ll email you to confirm the refund. Your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
- If it’s been more than 10 business days since you received our refund confirmation and you still don’t see the funds, contact us at support@oceanboundoutfitters.com for assistance.
7. Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, restocking fees vary but majority of the time are 20%. Any changes will be communicated with you directly before processing your return.
