Shipping & Delivery

At Ocean Bound Outfitters, we aim to provide fast and efficient shipping for all your boating and outdoor needs. Below is an overview of our shipping and delivery process:

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that our cut-off time for same-day processing is 5:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Timeline & Costs:

• Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $500.
• Flat Rate Shipping: A $15 fee applies to orders under $500.
  
• We currently ship only within the United States; international shipping is not available.

Freight Shipping Details:
Many of our items are shipped via third-party freight carriers (18-wheeler trucks). If your order includes freight-shipped items, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery time. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a valid phone number at checkout. Freight shipped items incur a $20 handling fee. 

Order Confirmation & Payment:
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying that we’ve received your order and your payment has been authorized. Your card will not be charged until your order ships, except for backordered items where payment may be required to secure your item.

Fast Processing:
Once your order is received, we begin processing it immediately to ensure the quickest possible delivery.
